The car sticker installation process, step by step
Our car sticker installation process in Riyadh has six stages: inspection and measurement, design approval, an optional trial vehicle, printing designed for the outdoor environment, on-site installation in evening or weekend batches, and handover with a written warranty. Each vehicle needs one working day, once.
Why the process matters as much as the material
A good material installed in a rush on a dirty or damp surface can still lift at the edges. And an installation plan that pulls the whole fleet off the road for a week costs the client more than the stickers. We plan both: the surface and the schedule.
The six stages
- Inspection and measurement. We see the vehicles, note models, surfaces and any recent paintwork, and measure the area to cover. Pricing is per square metre and material, so measurement comes before any number.
- Design approval. You approve the layout for each vehicle model, including where the phone number and logo sit.
- Trial vehicle (optional). We can start with one vehicle at a 50% discount so you see the result before the rest of the fleet.
- Printing. Printing designed for the outdoor environment on original 3M or ORAFOL, as named in the quotation.
- On-site installation in batches. At your location, in the evenings and on weekends, so your operations continue.
- Handover and warranty. The written warranty in the quotation covers burning and peeling: 30 months on 3M, 16 on ORAFOL.
Surface preparation follows the material maker’s rules. 3M Instruction Bulletin 5.5, for example, requires the final surface cleaning right before application.

Frequently asked questions
How long does installation take per vehicle?
One working day per vehicle, done once. With the stickers common in the market, reinstallation can cost about 2–4 working days per vehicle every year.
Do you install at our site?
Yes. We install at the client’s location, in batches, in the evenings and on weekends.
